Davide del Vescovo, a 25 years’ talented chef, leads the new kitchen of Villa Astoria Bellevue with enthusiasm. With his ambition, creativeness and cheerfullness he already has put his fingerprint in the Apulian reality and he is aiming for the Michelin Star, cooking with innovation and passion, offering dishes rich in flavors, enhancing the value and the taste of the tradition. As the owner said, with him we are safe, the quality of each dish is personally guaranteed: not surprisingly, the Chef is a foodie and a food lover.
